carved serving dish *yellow

This one of a kind hand built serving dish was carved using hand tools. I brushed the piece with glaze after a long greenware drying phase and a bisque fire. It is highly functional and can be used to heat us food in the oven. It can be cleaned in the dishwasher and even warmed in the microwave. The glazes used are sunshine yellow (bottom) sky blue and cloud white. It measures 10” wide and 3” tall.. the depth is about 2”
